How to Raise a Complaint with Worthybodies Plumbing

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Worthybodies Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Worthybodies Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

When the Issue Is a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the plumber directly and keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Note that Worthybodies Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@worthybodies.world and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
